1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ph2 platform in any capacity — including browsing game lobbies without placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph2 platform.

Acceptance of these Terms is confirmed each time you log in to your ph2 account. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Use of the ph2 platform is permitted only to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. ph2 strictly enforces the PAGCOR-mandated minimum gambling age of 21 years in the Philippines. Misrepresentation of age is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of ph2 or any affiliated gaming software provider.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ph2 or been subject to a mandatory exclusion order by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email, and Philippine mobile number. ph2 reserves the right to require documentary verification of any information provided at any time.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) ph2 account. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier — will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and may result in the forfeiture of balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your ph2 account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity conducted through your ph2 account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have reported unauthorized access to ph2 support in writing without delay.
• Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date at all times.
• Complying with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations with respect to online gaming.

ph2 accounts are strictly personal and may not be sold, transferred, gifted, or assigned to any other individual. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate suspension pending investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ph2 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph2 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and select cryptocurrency networks. The minimum deposit is ₱100. ph2 does not accept deposits from credit cards, third-party payment accounts, or any payment method not registered in the account holder's name.

Deposits are processed in real time subject to payment provider availability. GCash deposits typically reflect in the ph2 wallet within thirty (30) seconds of confirmation. ph2 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Philippine banking infrastructure.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your ph2 account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your verified name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• ph2 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours, subject to risk review.

ph2 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of compliance reviews, including AML (anti-money laundering) and fraud checks, where reasonably required.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ph2 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your ph2 account in the form of bonus funds, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• The standard wagering requirement for all ph2 bonuses is stated in the applicable promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and wagering requirements are calculated based on real-money wagers. Wagers placed using bonus funds may count toward wagering requirements at rates specified per game category.
• ph2 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void any bonus-related winnings, or close an account if bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any form of promotional fraud is detected.
• Each promotion is limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses have expiry periods as specified in the individual promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated wagering progress are forfeited without compensation.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on the ph2 platform — including Color Game, live dealer tables, slots, sports betting, bingo, Dragon and Tiger, crash games, and fishing arcade titles — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game on ph2, you accept the applicable game rules as a binding supplement to these Terms.

ph2 employs independently audited random number generators (RNG) for all non-live games to ensure fair, unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from ph2-operated or licensed studio environments. ph2 does not manipulate game outcomes for any purpose.

In the event of a technical failure during a game session — including but not limited to disconnection, server errors, or software malfunctions — ph2 will endeavor to resolve the matter in accordance with the game's stated malfunction policy. ph2's decision in all game dispute matters is final and binding.

Sports betting markets at ph2 are settled in accordance with published settlement rules for each sport and market type. Results are based on official sources. ph2 reserves the right to void bets where official results are unavailable, where match integrity is in question, or where a clear pricing error is identified.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph2 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with any part of the ph2 platform.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated effort to manipulate game outcomes or exploit other players.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use ph2 for the purposes of concealing, transferring, or legitimizing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, identity theft, payment fraud, and the use of stolen payment instruments.
• Exploitation of software bugs, game errors, or pricing anomalies — any winnings resulting from exploited errors are void and subject to reversal.
• Accessing the ph2 platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• Attempting to access another player's ph2 account without authorization.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or any account interaction with ph2.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph2 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphic designs, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of ph2 or its licensed third-party game providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph2 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any ph2 content without the prior written consent of ph2. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by ph2 and its licensors.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the ph2 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunities, or any damages resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or third-party actions.

ph2's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the claim.

ph2 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ph2 endeavors to maintain continuous platform availability, it does not warrant uninterrupted access and is not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond its reasonable control.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

ph2 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the ph2 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering a ph2 account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, marketing communications (where opted in), and PAGCOR regulatory reporting.

11 Responsible Gaming

ph2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the platform. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity. If gambling is causing financial, social, or psychological harm, it is no longer entertainment and should be discontinued.

ph2 provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your funding activity.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive reminders when you have been playing for a defined duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently close your ph2 account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the selected period.

12 Termination & Account Closure

ph2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, receipt of a regulatory direction, or failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.

Players may close their ph2 account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's last verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all matters arising from or in connection with your use of the ph2 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and ph2 arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through ph2's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at [email protected]. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14 Amendments

ph2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the registered email address or through a notification displayed upon login.

The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at ph2.bio/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the ph2 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
